Total km from Windhoek – 930 Km driving – estimate driving time 9 Hours

  • Travel on the B1 towards Okahandja – 67 km turn Right towards Otjiwarongo on the B1 again .
  • Travel through Otjiwarongo towards Otavi (approximately 370 km from Windhoek). Here you turn right on the B8, travel north east towards Grootfontein, which is the Halfway point at 450km from Windhoek.
  • Proceed through Grootfontein towards Rundu still on the B8, total km between Rundu and Grootfontein is 250 km, make sure to fill your vehicle in Grootfontein. Traveling past Rundu( 710km from Windhoek) towards Divundu in the Caprivi strip, east on the B8, Divundu is 200km away.
  • Arriving in Divundu, after the Fuel station and Before the bridge over the Okavango river you turn right at the Junction C48 towards the Mahango National Park and the Mohembo Botswana border, travel 7 km and turn Left to Divava Okavango Resort and Spa.

From Katima Malilo – 307  Km driving

  • Travel west on the B8 Caprivi highway via Kongola to Divundu for 300km, right after crossing the bridge over the Okavango river
  • Turn Left at the Junction C48 towards the Mahango National Park and the Mohembo Botswana border
  • Travel 7 km and turn Left to Divava Okavango Resort and Spa.
