I would go again. Lovely river view. Spacious air-conditioned room, comfy king bed, big balcony, indoor & outdoor shower.

Friendly staff esp at reception (would like to thank Malacai for his help)
Service was lacking around the pool. Helpful porters to take your luggage to chalets..some quite a walk away.

Restaurant is also river facing. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. Not ideal for vegans or vegetarian folk.
I had a wonderful 60min back neck head massage in the spa overlooking the river.
No TVs in room (which we liked) but went to neighbouring hotel to watch world cup rugby. I think investing at least in one TV for this kind of event would be helpful.

Situated close to Bwabwatsa Park..we went to Buffalo section and enjoyed driving around there (4 x 4 would be helpful but not necessary)

I recently stayed at the Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa in Namibia and it was an incredible experience. From the serene setting to the luxurious accommodations, everything about this lodge exceeded my expectations.

The lodge is situated on the banks of the Okavango River, providing guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed and equipped with all the modern amenities that one could need. The comfortable beds ensured that I had a good night's rest every night.

The real highlight of my stay at the Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa was the spa. The spa was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the surrounding areas. I indulged in a range of treatments which left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The dining experience at the lodge was exceptional. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, from authentic local cuisine to international favorites, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest's dietary requirements were met.

What sets the Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa apart is its location, which offers guests an opportunity to experience the best of both worlds. The lodge is situated close to various wildlife reserves and national parks, offering visitors a chance to witness some of Africa's most spectacular wildlife up close and personal. The lodge also gives guests access to some of the best bird watching spots in Namibia.

The staff at the lodge were knowledgeable and passionate about the surrounding region, and arranged for a variety of activities including game drives, bird watching tours, and cultural visits to nearby villages.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Divava Okavango Lodge & Spa. The lodge is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a luxurious yet adventurous escape in the heart of Africa. I cannot recommend this lodge highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Only got to stay for one night but it was great! Took a lovely ride on the river and spotted crocs and hippos before stopping in a lovely spot for some wine and the sunset. Had a nice meal at the lodge looking over the river and a great night sleep in our beautiful room!
